Each item is handcrafted, so every order is special. Once we start work on your piece, materials are cut and prepared. For that reason, cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

If you receive something damaged during shipping, please email [ceramiccore110@gmail.com] within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Because every product is handmade, small imperfections or color differences are part of its charm — not valid reasons for return.

For international orders, customs duties and local taxes are handled by the buyer. We can’t offer refunds for delays caused by customs or logistics beyond our control.
